Celebrate Divine Mercy!

Sunday, April 3rd, there will be a holy hour at Sacred Heart Cathedral to thank God for the mercy He has shown us in the redemptive work of His Son. It is the solemnity of Divine Mercy. The holy hour will feature a presentation, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and Divine Mercy prayers. Following Our Lord’s promise of complete remission of sin and punishment for those who honor Him this day, the Church offers a plenary indulgence under the customary conditions. For those who wish to prepare for this solemnity by praying the Divine Mercy novena, which begins on Good Friday, leaflets are available at area parish churches.
