Ignatius of Loyola Movie Night: March 26th!

Join us at West Valley High School's DeWild Theater this Sunday, March 26th to watch the newest movie about holiness and conversion: "Ignatius of Loyola: Soldier, Sinner, & Saint."

Invite a friend---or three! Tickets are $8/person and will support St Nicholas youth trips to ACYC and WYD. Doors open to the public at 5pm.

Purchase tickets by calling the St Nicholas parish office (907) 488-2595, emailing Kayla Smith, or at the door on Sunday. Tickets will also be available for purchase after weekend Masses at St Nicholas.

Little Flower Ministries, KQHE 92.7 FM, Lenten Mission

Little Flower Ministries, KQHE 92.7 FM, is happy to invite you to a lenten mission we are hosting.

Held Sunday March 19th through the 22nd at Sacred Heart Cathedral from 7-9pm.

This Lenten mission is all about personal healing and forgiveness, helping you to grow closer to Christ while moving through the trials of this life.

To guide us on this Lenten mission, we are so happy to have two CFR Franciscan Friars and two CFR Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal.

If you desire greater conversion, are in need of healing, or just want to make this your best Lenten season ever, you don't want to miss this opportunity of growth and reconciliation.

We are also hosting a special social only for our teens“Pizza with the Friars” Tues March 21st 5:30-7:00 PM

Lenten Fasting/Abstinence Obligation

REMINDER: Ash Wednesday is an obligatory day of universal fast and abstinence. Fasting is obligatory for all who have completed their 18th year and have not yet reached their 60th year. Fasting allows a person to eat one full meal. Two smaller meals may be taken, not to equal one full meal. Abstinence (from meat) is obligatory for all who have reached their 14th year.

Fridays in Lent are obligatory days of complete abstinence (from meat) for all who have completed their 14th year.

St Nicholas Church's Sweetheart Dinner and Dance

"Then and Now"   

Saturday, February 11th at 6:30pm

Mark your calendars and treat your sweetheart to a night down memory lane. This is an evening of dinner, dancing, and conversation for any and all COUPLES who wish to attend. The cost of of evening is $60 per couple. Dinner will be catered by "The Works." 

Come join fellow parishioners for an enjoyable evening celebrating married love and devotion!
